What the register office records about visitors, and what it does not.
The BrokerWarden register office collects the minimum data needed to run the site. We use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand which records are being read, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
When you click an outbound link to a broker, an anonymous click identifier may be passed to an affiliate partner so that a referral can be attributed. That identifier contains no personal data and is not linked to any profile of you.
Reports submitted through the report form are read by a person in the register office. We retain them so that a record can be re-checked later, and we redact identifying details before anything derived from a report is published.
Write to the register office to request deletion of any data associated with you, and we will action it within 30 days.
